Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged 20% of the scheduled service total.
